Then suddenly Feroz came, followed by Ravin & Leo..
Feroz look abit low morale..
lol..
I managed to cheer him up..abit..
and then warm up...etc..
Followed by Coach EG...
Heng ar...the Time trial is onli for chin yang..
anand and alvin [me] (A&A) are the pacer...
and chin yang managed to do his PB..

he did managed to get 5 seconds down from his previous timing..

then wanted to go for dinner with them..
then aiya...went to grandma house eat instead...

i today nearly din went to run today la..
so bloody tired after non rest run...
then end up..
i did went..
Bala send us there..
REALLY..BALA SEND US THERE..lol...
then Mok and his Sis, Ying Rong were there too..
Lossini and Alexis oso..
then we ran and ran and ran..
Finally...Finished...
phew..
went to collect our race kit for passion run..
bala was like afraid that he couldn't collect the race kit for sham..then was wonder how..
he is damn lucky la..
we saw sham at novena..
so we collected our race pack..
and I went for shopping spree..
to reward myself for my improvement of timing..
lol..
after that went off and slp..
now..i am tired..gtg..
