After 1 week of Rest..This is what happen (18/3/09)
Wa..
After like rested for 1 week..
it seems that fitness wasnt that good after all..
sian...
and this sunday..there is a 10k race...
wat the hell..
i am not prepared oso..
sian...
I did a 14km today...
canot do 16km full because of the rain..
zzzz...
damn heavy... and i'm drenched...lucky me..
i not sick...phew...
after the one week break..
seems that i relaxed abit...loosen up liao..
but still i'm sad...
I think i abit regret...
but nvm la..
she is happy up there...
only abit nia..
lol...
Life isnt that easy..
if you did not account enough what you wanna say when you are in deathbed..
well at least...i know what to do...in the future...
ah...
enough of that..tmr..workout..die...lol...slp slp..
